The Record

Sessions so far.

Not a highlight reel — a development log. In order, the sessions that shaped how the method works, including the parts that didn't.

Keep Chiang Mai in Your Body

    6 June 2026 · The Wonder Yard, Chiang Mai · 3 hours

The first AXIS event. Movement, cold immersion, and integration — a body experience designed to show people what their patterns feel like from the inside.

    • Ice bath on a wooden rainforest deck.

      Cold Immersion

Cold immersion that wakes the body and quiets the mind.

    • Guided breathwork in a misty jungle pavilion.

      Breathwork

Step-by-step breathing protocols to regulate your nervous system on demand.

    • Misty tropical foliage in a quiet rainforest.

      Somatic Grounding

Breath and body cues to settle your baseline before intensity.

    • Minimalist detox space with natural materials.

      Digital Reset Rituals

Simple phone-boundary and environment rituals that switch your body into recovery mode.

    • Post-reset nourishment spread after cold immersion.

      Post-reset Nourishment

Sourdough and protein-rich food served after the immersion. Fast carbs and gut-supporting ingredients to help your body recover — and close the experience together.

What it changed Participants left with a strong experience but not a repeatable method. That gap is what turned AXIS from an event into a practice — one pattern, worked properly, then rehearsed in real life.

AXIS Body Reaction Lab — seated somatic practice in a jungle pavilion

    AXIS Body Reaction Lab

    29 July 2026 · 4Seas Nimman, Chiang Mai · 6 participants · 90 minutes

A working session on one pattern each participant already recognised but still repeated. Participants mapped one loop, found its earliest signal, and left with one next move and a 7-day tracker.

What it changed Follow-up interviews showed the noticing transferred, but choosing under real conditions needs more than one session. This is why the method now includes practice between sessions, not just a single workshop.

Every version of the method has come from what actually happened in these rooms — including the parts that didn't work.
