Event Bookings
All event bookings are non-refundable. Bookings are transferable to another participant with a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the event date. To request a transfer, please contact effy@axisomatic.com with the details of the new participant.
Lab Kits
Lab Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items only. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact effy@axisomatic.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
